Digitenne was investigating the possible launch of an innovative new product: digital television on handheld devices such as mobile phones.
Many business aspects of the launch were unclear such as the proposition, the business model, a feasible revenue model, possible partners etc.
Digitenne requested that Atos Consulting carried out a Go-to-market-study to investigate these aspects and build a business plan.
Our Solution
Using Atos Consulting’s proven New Business Planning approach, a large-scale research project was initiated that included 15 interviews with all relevant organizations, thorough desk research by Atos Consulting’s Knowledge Research Center and several workshops with Digitenne representatives.
The Results
Digitenne made key decisions on the role it intends to play, the proposition it will offer, the companies it will target for partnership, the revenues that it expects from the product etc. It is currently carrying out the roadmap.
