Our client has had a presence in the UK for more than 80 years. Today, there are nearly 1000 branded service stations in the UK, together with a network of over 500 authorised and equity fuel distributors. The client merged with another Oil & Gas company.


Business Challenges

  •  Remove the need for production and distribution of customer points balance statements thus reducing costs
  • Enhance both the efficiency and the effectiveness of points balance information to client customers at the Point Of Sales
  • Utilize existing on site hardware to operate enhanced software functionality


Our Solution

  • AtosWorldline amended its core processing system to allow loyalty points to be downloaded to a number of existing devices
  • Atos Worldine developed the necessary interfaces with client’s 3rd party loyalty partner enabling fast and effective receipt of loyalty updates and business critical management information
  • Atos Worldine successfully project managed the roll out of a critical firmware upgrade to the majority of the terminals in the client’s network


The Results

  • The service adds value to the client’s business process by enhancing the information provided to the client and its customers in terms of up to date points balances
  • Administrational, printing and postage costs were greatly reduced by the implementation of the more cost effective overnight downloading function provided by Atos Worldine
